Who are Fair Money?

Fair Money Limited is a not for profit company limited by guarantee.

Our fees are earned by the provision of the support service described above.  We are fully independent of any provider of financial products or services.

Our senior staff all have lengthy experience in a variety of fields which, when brought together, provides a unique offering to organisations who want to provide their customers and clients with improved financial capability.

Ethics and Integrity are the values that are most important to us and we put them together because we find them impossible to separate. They mean that who we are, what we say and what we do are consistent. We do not pretend to be what we are not, or to do what we can’t do (or don’t want to do). We do not say one thing and mean or do another. We are straightforward. We conduct our business in accordance with the highest ethical standards. We do what we believe to be right.

Fairness is part of our name, and is about treating people in ways that do not put them at a disadvantage, particularly in relation to those who are more powerful and in a position to exploit them. Fairness is two-way, and we try to forge relationships that a mutually beneficial, without any party feeling they have been exploited.

Respect underlies our belief in the unique value, dignity and importance of each individual. We treat people in ways that will build them up and enable them to do what they need to do.

Accountability means that we are prepared to take responsibility for our actions and to enable those who work with us to take responsibility for theirs in a trustworthy way.
